Appointment Cancellation Policy
24-Hour Notice Required: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment start time to avoid additional charges. Late Cancellations (under 24 hrs): Please note that deposits are non-refundable. They will be forfeited after late cancellations. However, you may reschedule to a later date. No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice may prevent you from being able to book to our services in the future. Please be mindful of this. Late Arrivals: If you’re 10+ minutes late, we may shorten your service to keep our schedule on time; fees remain based on the original booking.
